Accommodation Wizard has been designed to allow you to quickly and easily find suitable accommodation. With this in mind the following are some of the sites main features:

1. Establishments are grouped by category (category descriptions are provided) so that you can restrict your search to the type of accommodation that best suits your needs.

2. A simple but effective geographical "drill-down" search facility allows you to home-in on the right place to stay. You start with "Country" then "Province/County" then "City/Town" and then directly to the specific area of your choice. If there is more than one establishment to choose from at this stage then you can further narrow your search by sorting on the specific facilities (such as "Airport Transfer" ; "Dinner Served" ; "Pets Allowed" etc.) that you require of the establishment.

Accommodation Wizard has many other appealing features but two that we are sure you will find particularly useful are:

1. Each establishment lists "Places of Interest / Things to Do" in close proximity that you can plan into your trip.

2. A simple conversion feature allows you to see the accommodation rates in the currency equivalent of your choice.

The following are a few of the many good reasons why we believe you should list your establishment with us:

1. The Internet is the fastest growing, most cost-effective, marketing / communication facility available and you will benefit by having your establishment listed on a dynamic, customer-focused, effective Internet accommodation directory.

2. On completition of phase one of our recruitment drive (this will last about six weeks) Accommodation Wizard will be listed on all the major search engines. This will ensure that your establishment will be accessible to anyone using the Internet to find a place to stay.

3. Accommodation Wizard offers you an opportunity to present your establishent to it's best advantage by allowing you to customize your advert i.e. you select the picture of your establishment; you describe the most attractive and relevant features in the overview; you select the facilities which will be most appealing to your target market etc.

4. Unlike the printed media, Internet advertising lends itself to quick and inexpensive change. If any aspect of your Accommodation Wizard advert changes we will (within reason) amend your presentation accordingly eg. a new phone number; different or seasonal rates; a new picture; an amended establishment overview; a new nearby attraction.

5. A primary focus of our Marketing Plan is obviously to attract visitors to the site. As already mentioned, listing on the search engines will go some way to achieving this. However, for the local market, another key strategy will be our direct marketing programme. This will focus on the major accommodation users and will be launched shortly.

6. At the end of the initial recruitment campaign the MEMBERS section (currently open to all site visitors) will require password access which will be given to paid-up members only. This facility will then be regularly updated and provide useful marketing information and tips to assist you in focusing your own marketing plan.

7. The REFINE option allows you to customise and focus your market offering eg. if your main target customer is the executive traveller then facilities such as "fax", "email", and "desk" will probably be the attributes of your establishment you would want to list as search keys.
